Our story

Started here in 2010. Still answering the phone.

Total Assurance A/C & Heating started in Corpus Christi in 2010.

We've been licensed by the State of Texas as an air conditioning and refrigeration contractor since July 2012, license TACLA47840E.

Today we work out of our shop at 3833 Saturn Rd. We cover Corpus Christi and eight nearby towns, from Calallen and Robstown out to Rockport and Port Aransas.

Salt air, long summers and older homes are what we work on every day. That's why every check-up rinses salt and debris off the outdoor coil.

Call 361-446-6925 any time. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Nights, weekends and holidays, the phone rolls to our on-call manager.

02 · Call-ahead

The technician calls ahead.

He calls when he's on the way. Need more notice, like time to drive home from work? Tell us and we'll pass it along.

03 · We come back

We come back.

Same problem after we've been out? We'll send someone back. If it's related to work we did, the return visit isn't charged. A different problem, or a repair we recommended that hasn't been done yet, is billed as a regular service call.

American Standard first.

Our main equipment brand is American Standard, and we install it the way we'd want it at our own house. We still service most brands already in the field when repair makes sense. Estimates on new American Standard systems are free.
