“I had a good experience with this company today. My A/C had water dripping out of it several days ago so I turned it to a higher temperature for safety reasons. I cleaned the drain and called Total Assurance A/C and heating to check it for me. A really nice and intelligent technician named Kyle arrived quickly and checked it out. “We had to have our a/c replaced after 10 years on the coast. We selected Total assurance a/c and heating. Our new unit was installed yesterday on one of the hottest days of summer. The technicians Marcus and Jaden had to work in a 120degree attic and they never complained. They worked tirelessly and did a great job. The final step was to help us set up the new thermostat. We’re in the grey hair gang and after the day Marcus had he was incredibly kind and patient with us. He treated us like we were his favorite grandparents. You can be very proud of Marcus and Jaden. Adam also did a great job helping us select the best a/c for our needs. It’s been a pleasure working with Total Assurance A/C & heating.”

He didn’t over sell us things just only what we needed. Then he was in contact through out the whole install of our new unit and then he double check a week later to make sure everything was installed correctly. I would recommend him”
